Essentially Mobile is Tasmania’s premium provider of refurbished mobile phones and repairs. We’ve been open since 2005 and have grown to supply customers nationally, and are still Tassie-owned and operated.
Since the business started, we have developed a reputation for the high-quality refurbished mobile phones and tablets we sell to customers across Australia. Everybody else sells refurbished phones; we sell ‘Refurbies’.
Our in-house technicians thoroughly test our Refurbies, and they come with, if required, a new screen, battery, and housing or backing. The benefits of choosing a Refurbie over a new phone or tablet are that you can save up to 50% and be environmentally conscious by utilising hardware that may have unnecessarily been added to landfill.
We can repair your mobile phone, tablet, and other handheld devices. So if you have broken your screen, your battery isn’t lasting the day, or your phone seems to have stopped working, come and see the Essentially Mobile team. We have the ability to repair most makes and models and will deliver the best in customer service as well as repairs. We are dedicated to offering you professional service and pride ourselves on efficiency at a competitive price.
As part of our commitment to excellence, we provide our technicians with the best available training. We have staff with extensive experience repairing devices from major brands, including iPhones, iPads and the Samsung series of phones and tablets. Essentially Mobile delivers reliable results that you can count on - we are your mobile phone and tablet specialists!
We also do our part to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible and recycle with reputable partners. For example, we work with Ecocycle to recycle everything possible from our store and workshop. Additionally, we focus on adopting new and proven approaches to improving our overall environmental sustainability.
We can also help if you need accessories to protect your newly bought or repaired phone. We stock:
